In observance of the holiday on Wednesday, July 4, EDCO Recycling and Waste-Collection Services will not be performing residential collection on that day, and their customer-service offices will be closed as well.
As a result, there will be a one-day delay the remainder of the week for residential customers serviced Wednesday, July 4 through Friday, July 6 in Rancho Palos Verdes, Signal Hill and the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County.
Waste- and recycling-collection services for commercial businesses will be unaffected by the holiday and will be provided on the regularly scheduled service day. EDCO’s recycling center and public disposal site in Signal Hill will remain open.
