Cub Scouts to host information night at local elementary schools

Boys age 6 to 11 can find out about Cub Scouting at the “School Night for Scouting” event on Thursday, Sept. 26 at all public elementary schools in Long Beach and Bellflower school districts between 6pm and 7:30pm.
Scouting volunteers will be available with information about the Scouting program and the local Cub Scout packs, which are part of the Long Beach Area Council, with more than 4,000 Scouts and 1,700 adult volunteers in Long Beach, Lakewood, Bellflower, Signal Hill, and Avalon.
